The Tacoma family is a PCIe Gen5 x4, NVMe 2.0 SSD controller with up to 32TB capacity, which adopts 12nm FinFET CMOS process and targets consumers, data centers, and enterprises applications.

Tacoma family has 16/18 NAND channels, supporting SLC/MLC/TLC/QLC NAND and SCM with ONFI 5.0 and Toggle 2.0/3.0/4.0/5.0. Tacoma supports DDR SDRAM, and it features atomic write and in-storage computation with a deep learning accelerator for optimized system performance. With optimization for low-latency Storage Class Memory and support of low-latency NAND, Tacoma family can reach less than 10us latency for I/O intensive applications to achieve significantly lower cost.

Supporting both conventional SSD mode and Zoned Namespace, Tacoma family enables customers to deploy and customize their own optimized application solutions. Tacoma adopts multiple encryption and protection schemes, such as InnoGrit's proprietary ECC technology, to ensure data integrity and enhance data reliability throughout the SSD lifespan. 

Tacoma supports 21mm x 21mm FCBGA package, and can be applied to high-end data centers, artificial intelligence, enterprise applications, etc.

RainierHS (IG5638), implemented in advanced 12nm FinFET CMOS process, is an industry-leading PCIe Gen4 x4, NVMe 1.4 SSD controller. It supports capacity up to 16TB. The RainierHS (IG5638) has 8 NAND channels, supporting TLC and QLC NAND, with either ONFI 5.0 or Toggle 2.0/3.0/4.0/5.0 interface. Its NAND interface can reach data rate up to 2400 MT/s. The RainierHS (IG5638) delivers enhanced reliability and better performance for data centers and enterprise applications.

Rainier family includes two members targeting different applications: IG5236 for high-end client solutions, and IG5636 for data centers and enterprise applications.

Rainier IG5636, implemented in 12nm FinFET CMOS process, is an industry-leading PCIe Gen4 x4, NVMe 1.4 SSD controller with capacity size up to 16TB.

The IG5636 supports DDR SDRAM with (32+8)-bit or 32-bit wide data bus. Rainier has eight NAND channels, supporting MLC, TLC and QLC with either ONFI 4.1 or Toggle 2.0/3.0/4.0.

The IG5636 is built with the highest-level security with multiple data encryption and protection schemes including AES, SHA, RSA, ECC, CRC, and end-to-end data protection.

Leveraging InnoGrit's proprietary ECC technology, data endurance and retention are largely enhanced to deliver better reliability and ultra-high performance for SSD solutions.

S1 is 2.5-inch SSD product series with SATA III interface.

S1 integrates InnoGrit@SSD Controller IG5600, 3D eTLC NAND flash, and DDR4 SDRAM.

S1, which provides five capacity options including 480GB,960GB,1.92TB,3.84TB and 7.68TB, is ideal for cloud service, data centers and enterprise applications.

B1 is a M.2 boot drive series with PLP (power loss protection) , high performance, and outstanding security protection. Its typical application scenario is boot drive for datacenter.

B1 has standard form factor of 2280 M.2 SSD and Socket 3 (M-Key) hardware interface, fully compliant with PCI-SIG PCI Express M.2 Specification. B1 provides 480GB and 960GB capacity options, and operates in the temperature range from 32°F (0°C) to 158°F (70°C).
